How long does it take for my order to be processed?
It is processed immediately. Once you are notified, during the purchasing, the order will be already in process and it will be delivered on the selected date according to the criteria described below.

How long does it take for my order to arrive ?
For orders placed before 2:00 Pm (destination city time), the soonest we can deliver will be same day for main cities; for orders placed after that time, we can deliver next day.

Can I place my order several days in advance?
Yes. You can place it up to 60 days in advance.

How will I know that my order was delivered?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email confirmation.

Can I cancel an order, if it's already been paid for ?
Yes, provided that it has not yet been scheduled at the local shipping hub; usually the scheduling takes place 24 to 48 hours before the delivery date for orders placed more that 1 day in advance, and within the next 30 minutes after the order being placed, for same or next day orders.

Can I change my order it I have already paid for it ?
Yes, following the same policy described for cancellations and paying the remaining amount if applicable.

What credit cards do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes. Our transactions take place in a our payments processor's secure server. As a matter of fact, we do not get your credit card information at any time; at payment your browser will be directly connected to that secure server. It will be our payments partner which in real time will let us know that your payment was successful.

Can I use a check or direct deposit ?
Yes. I any case that you don't have a credit card, you must select "other" as a payment form and we will send you payment instructions.

Iīve tried to pay several times but my credit card is declined. Why is this happenning?
This may be due to any of the following reasons :
  • Your entered credit card number, expiration date or security code have been entered incorrectly
  • You have exceeded your credit card limit
  • You are currently located in a different country from your credit cardīs billing address


What is the security code (cvv) ?
It's a 3-digit code that you will find on th back side of your credit card, immediately after the 16 digit number.

Can I choose the songs I want for may serenade order?
Yes. Please list them at the "Special Istructions" field on your ordering screen.

How will I know if my chosen products are available before placing my order?
All the products and services visible on our website are available, as we deactivate any product that are not available on a temporary or permanent basis.

Is it mandatory that I register with you guys before I place an order ?
No. You can place your order without registering on our website. However we highly recommend registering. This way you will be able to look at your order history, as well as edit and follow up on your orders.

How can I be sure that my order will be in good shape when delivered ?
Your order will be shipped from a place no more that 1 hour away from the destination, so that we can guarantee freshness and good standing.
